VEKTR Tactical’s deliveries are tracked.  ‘Authority to Leave’ means the courier will put the package in a safe place out of the weather according to your instructions. Generally, this is placed at the front door or somewhere under cover. If no safe place is available or if couriers cannot successfully deliver due to having no access, this item may be placed at a local depot (Courier or Post Office), in which case it is the customers responsibility to arrange pickup.

VEKTR Tactical’s agent will leave your parcel at your premises in accordance with your instructions. Please note that the drivers don’t always require a signature so they will not try to obtain one so parcels may be delivered without knocking/ringing. You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

VEKTR Tactical, and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release VEKTR Tactical from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

In-stock orders are usually prepared for dispatch same day or next day if ordered before 10:00am otherwise following business day if after 10:00am. For larger orders dispatch may take up to 3 working days. Out of stock orders shipping will range between 7-14 days. Any orders longer than 14 days will be discussed with you by phone/email. Domestic shipping times are estimated at between 1-5 business days depending on your location within Australia, and what type of shipping you have selected.

Please note that there may be a delay with parcel pick-up by our shipping agent. Parcels are usually picked-up within 24 hours of bookings but may take up to several days depending on agent schedules. We have no control on when delivery agents do pick-ups. Any delays with pick-ups will add time to the estimated delivery times.

Australia Post ships goods Australia wide. At this time, we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us via email or phone to enquire about an international order.

Please note, there may be delays in delivery from time to time due to unforeseen delays with our delivery network, or during promotion and sale periods. Our delivery T&Cs apply to all orders through the Website.

We aim to dispatch orders placed over weekends and public holidays on the next business day – however please note during busy sale periods & weekends there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes. Please be assured that our team will be working hard to ship your order as soon as possible. Our delivery partners may not deliver your order on a public holiday.
