Return Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you have purchased an item from VEKTR and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us. Upon assessment, VEKTR will offer a full refund, repair or replacement on most items. You must provide us with your order tax invoice or proof of purchase via PayPal or credit card statement. Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.

If you don’t have proof of purchase you may still be able to return your VEKTR purchase under certain conditions. After our team has assessed the condition and age of the returned goods you may qualify for a repair, exchange or gift card in lieu of cash refund.

Products for return must not have been used or damaged in any way and must be in the original packaging. The refund/credit amount will be the item amount not including any postage. All returns must be pre-approved prior to sending back. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.

VEKTR is not obliged to accept product returns where you have changed your mind. However, if we decide, at our discretion to accept a change-of-mind return we will:

  • Only accept goods that have been returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Require proof of purchase, in the form of an Anaconda receipt, online tax invoice or proof of purchase via credit card or bank statement
  • Only accept products that are in a saleable condition (original packaging, labels, instruction manuals included)
  • Only accept a product return for products currently on range at VEKTR

In order to process your return we may, at our discretion, request and record your ID and personal information.

Any personal information you provide will be managed in accordance with VEKTR’s privacy policy.

Faulty Items

All goods are inspected before we send them off to you, to make sure they are in excellent condition and we’re careful to pack, to minimise chance of damage during transit. If you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

Wrong Order Sent

We truly apologise if you receive the wrong item/s ordered. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item).

Cancellation of Transactions

Transactions that are cancelled prior to completion & dispatch will not be charged.

Product Damage from Abnormal Use

Unfortunately, VEKTR Tactical cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to abnormal use, whether that has been identified by VEKTR Tactical, the manufacturer or repair agent.

Change of Mind Returns

Please choose carefully as VEKTR Tactical does not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind.

Product Assessment

Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can safely and clearly be determined, we will offer you either a refund, exchange, repair or credit. The available remedy will depend on whether the fault amounts to a major failure. Where the product fault is difficult, we will need to consult with the manufacturer or repair agent to determine the fault and resolution.

Please retain your receipt

In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product purchased from VEKTR Tactical, including those products which carry a manufacturer’s warranty, you must have clear proof of purchase – typically, but not always, a receipt.

If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then, under the law, we are entitled to elect whether or not to accept your product for return.
