Occasionally there are small errors in the target printing and packing process that is beyond our control.
While we endeavour to spot any issues and remove any affected targets, it is impossible to visually check every single target print.
These errors might be, but not limited to:
- Slight variations in colour between printed batches
- Misaligned printed layers
- Damage to paper during printing & processing
- Blank prints
All our target packs are weighed for the correct sheet count, if you have received less than that stated on the pack (usually 25 sheets), please let us know & we’ll balance it out for you.
If any of your purchased VEKTR targets are not up to scratch in any way, please contact us and we will provide replacements at our cost. To be eligible for replacement targets, we require a photo of the affected targets outlining the issues. Once identified as a manufacturing fault or error, replacements will be issued.
In purchasing VEKTR, you agree to accept the small risk that there may be a slight variation between the actual colour, and the representation on our website.
We have made every effort to make the colours on screen as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match of the on-screen colour to the colours of the actual products and the colour appearing on screen should not be relied on as being such.
We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on-screen accurately portrays the true colour of the product. Colours on-screen may vary depending on the colour calibration of screen settings and/or device settings. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colours, actual product colours may vary slightly, due to different lighting conditions and device screen settings.
