VEKTR Paper Target Guarante

Product Guarantee

Quite simply, if a product does not prove to be the most effective of its type available, doesn’t represent good value for money or can’t be produced to standards in a manner that meets the highest level of integrity then we don’t market it.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund of any product that fails to perform as intended due to manufacturing or assembly faults.

To the full extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and other terms express or implied by statute, custom or common law are excluded. Nothing contained in these terms excludes or restricts any consumer guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy implied by any statute (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, provided that, to the extent that the statute permits, VEKTR Tactical is entitled to limit its liability as set out below for a breach of a guarantee, condition or a warranty implied by that statute.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. All rights provided under your VEKTR Guarantee are in addition to any rights you have as a Consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

What Are The Terms And Conditions of the Guarantee?

The terms and conditions of the guarantee are as follows:

  • The guarantee becomes effective from the date of purchase.
  • You must provide proof of purchase for your VEKTR product in order to make a claim under the guarantee.

Further Guarantee terms and conditions may apply, depending on the type of VEKTR product.

Exclusions

The guarantees do not apply to products that have been stored or used incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused or altered. The guarantees do not cover atypical wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The guarantees do not cover consequential or incidental damages. Conditions for the Guarantee
